We are busy preparing for this growing season. The first thing to happen is the old trailer is being demolished (it is nearly gone). This area will be used for parking and the Mobile shop will be back until we build a permanent structure.
We have new lavender plants to add to our beds and started some of the seeds which will be planted in the vegetable/herb garden. Also adding to our garden are other flowers, the seeds will be planted directly in the ground.
One of the biggest chores in the field other than harvesting the lavender is keeping the weeds and grass mowed. This year we are adding 2 or 3 employees to help with this chore. Hint: We have seen a picture of one of them and he is so cute! More hints to follow once we have everything in concrete.
